Estimates, Ordering, and Scheduling
An estimate stays open for a reasonable period and may be revised if material prices change, if the scope changes, or if conditions found once the old unit is removed differ from what was visible at the measure. Custom units are ordered to your specific measurements once you approve the estimate, and installation is scheduled after they arrive and pass inspection. Lead times quoted before an order is placed are estimates, not guarantees, because they depend on the manufacturer.
Warranties
Product warranties are issued by the manufacturer of the units installed, and workmanship is covered by our own written labor warranty. Both are set out in the documents you receive with the job, and those documents are the full and final statement of what is covered, for how long, and what voids coverage. Nothing written on this website extends, replaces, or adds to them. Ask for the warranty paperwork before you approve an estimate if you want to read it in advance.
Your Responsibilities
For a measure visit and for installation day, an adult decision-maker needs to be present, interior access to every opening in scope needs to be clear, and we ask that fragile items, window treatments, and furniture near the openings are moved beforehand where possible. Please also tell us about known issues such as previous water damage, alarm contacts in the frames, or homeowners association requirements, since these affect both the price and the schedule.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Sugar Land TX Window Replacement is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published here.
